

UCR Urban has been chosen to serve as the retail real estate consultants and leasing agents for the highly anticipated Museum Place development. UCR Urban will be responsible for assisting in site design and for bringing world-class and unique tenants to this 11-acre mixed-use development. 173,000 square feet of specialty retail and dining space will offer a pedestrian-oriented neighborhood. This project is underway and retail space will be delivered in 2008.
